1. As a general rule, products offered through this service cannot be returned or exchanged. 2.


(2) In the event that the Company is responsible for an error in delivery, the Company will refund the price of the product in question or replace it with an equivalent product.

a) When the user has used the product.

e) The condition of the merchandise (including but not limited to the box and accessories of the merchandise) at the time of return is damaged or dirty compared to the condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery. (including but not limited to the box and accessories of the product) is damaged, stained, lost, etc., compared to the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
